Introductory passage
- Contest of innovative developments – 2012 is held within the Russian EducationForum from 27 to 29 March 2012, in Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre, Moscow.
- The Contest organizers: Intergovernmental Association of Developers and Manufacturers of Educational Equipment (MARPUT) and Moskau Messe, LLC.
- The aim of the contest is stimulation of on-going update and improvement of production, and improvement in quality of education.

Participants
Only the participants of the exhibition Everything for education represented by the producers of teaching facilities (on principal to principal basis) are admitted to the contest. -
Requirements to the products submitted for the contest
- Only products of batch production.
- The products should be demonstrated at the exposition of the applicant, the contest participant.
- Know-how of the development should be confirmed with corresponding documents: patent, certificate of authorship, etc. (advisable).
- Presentation of the development before the Contest committee (advisable).

Examination procedure
- Contest examination is carried out by the Contest committee including the leading specialists of the Ministry of education and Science of the Russian Federation, Russian Academy of Education, etc., representatives of the education system.

The examination procedure consists of two stages:
I stage — February 26-March 26, 2012: preliminary examination of the contest applications concerning their compliance with the contest requirements.
II stage — March 27-29, 2012 at the Russian Education Forum 2012: expert assessment of products submitted for the contest, election of winners.

Application procedure:
- The application should be submitted to the Organizing committee till March 20 2012, by E-mail: 9543260@mail.ru or demian@marput.org; tel: +7 962 9543260.
- The application is preliminary examined concerning its compliance with the requirements and conditions of the contest. In case the preliminary results of examination are positive, the contester gets the official confirmation of participation from the Organizing Committee and invoice for payment of the Contest participation.
- Upon receiving the confirmation of participation the contester shall pay the registration fee in the amount of 3, 000 rubles via bank transfer.
