Conference agenda: “Pre-school education staff social status: cultural and economical resources”.
Reports to be made by:
1. The Eight Gems of the Pre-school Education of Russia All-Russian contest (Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Vladikavkaz, Lyubertsy, Nakhodka, Nizhnekamsk, Obninsk, Orel, Samara, Syktyvkar, Troitsk, Ulyanovsk) winners and the jury.
2. Heads of the “Soyuz naukogradov Rossii” (The Union of Scitowns of Russia) non-profit partnership; Moskau Messe; “Sfera” (Sphere) shopping centre; editors from the Russian Education Bulletin. Reports to be made on economic and cultural aspects of teachers’ activities in high-tech environment.
3. Representatives from the Russian Sociologist Society and the Childhood Sociology committee; they will assess the impact of exhibition and contest activities for young researchers.
4. 4. V.K. Zagvozdkin (head of the Federal Institute of Education Development laboratory); will give a lecture on the basic principles of infancy pedagogics, showing a video about Europe’s best day nurseries.
5. Representatives of the Institute of Sociology under the Russian Academy of Sciences; Professional Development and Retraining Academy of Education; Intersectoral Centre for Preschool Institutions Integration (ICPII); the Moscow State Pedagogical University postgraduates; they will report on their research, entitled “Actual dynamics of the educator’s social status” and discuss the issues of responsible parenthood.
Finally, winners of the contests shall be awarded corresponding prizes.
